Our client deals with permitting and licensing software solutions servicing areas of social schemes or broader public works programs. They encountered problems increasing digital access for rural field workers and ensuring real-time data capture and automated report generation. The client required a system that functioned offline and allowed non-technical users to develop web-based conditional dynamic forms. By automating the workflows associated with forms, they could circumvent the need for manual interventions while capturing timely data and enhancing their digital capabilities in public health and administration projects.

  • Sophisticated Offline Data Management- Required robust mobile-enabled data capture (including documents) that is fully functional without the need for internet connectivity, particularly in rural or remote areas.

  • Dynamic Form Creation & Reporting- Needed a solution that was capable of supporting multi-page, conditional forms, form previews, and reporting despite the dynamic nature of field requirements.

  • SDK-Powered Dynamic Forms & Microservices- Used Form.io with a JavaScript SDK plugged into a microservices architecture (C#.NET & Angular), supporting drag-and-drop, easy-to-use form creation with real-time preview and publishing.

  • React Native Offline Mobile App- Developed a mobile app in React Native with SQLite for storing forms offline and Form.io for rendering to accommodate both Android and iOS with syncing and file uploads
